What the anonymous statistics send

When switched on, the game sends individual game events – for example that a build pack was opened, which step of the tour was reached, how a purchase attempt ended or how long a session lasted. Along with them go the operating system and version, device model, language, app version and a random session number. Names, the contents of your save game, and device or advertising IDs are not sent.

The data goes to a self-hosted instance of Aptabase at analytics.rz-solutions.dev, operated on our behalf. According to Aptabase, the IP address is used only to determine the country and is not stored. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR); you can withdraw it at any time, with effect for the future, using the switch in the settings.

Controller and your rights

The controller under the GDPR is Gerhard Kanzler, Ahornweg 1, 83410 Laufen, Germany, meadowmere@rz-solutions.dev – full details are in the imprint. You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. An informal email is enough.

And this website?

The text above describes the game. This website itself sets no cookies, runs no statistics or analytics and loads no fonts or scripts from third parties. It runs on a server of Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany). When you visit, the server processes technically necessary access data (IP address, time, requested page, browser identifier) to deliver the page and keep it running securely; the legal basis is the legitimate interest in secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). These logs are deleted automatically after a short time.
